How Clients Typically Work With Me: Most clients start with a short call to explore how I can support them. Usually they come with a specific challenge around leadership, culture, performance or wellbeing that they want to refine based on data, feedback, or emerging priorities. From there, support can range from a one-off workshop or leadership programme to a series of training sessions, one-to-one support for leaders, or a fully data-driven strategy. Most clients choose to work together over time—typically through a minimum of quarterly partnerships—so we can create meaningful, measurable improvements rather than one-off, tick-box initiatives.

  • Leadership & Culture Consulting

Teams come to me because they want to move from good to great. Other times organisations know something isn’t quite working — a team feels flat, communication isn’t flowing, or the business is entering a period of change.

I work directly with leaders and management teams to strengthen the people side of performance.

    Typical areas of support include:

    • Navigating organisational change or growth

    • Strengthening team culture and alignment

    • Improving communication and collaboration

    • Addressing disengagement or low morale

    • Clarifying expectations, roles, and standards

    • Supporting leaders to build high-trust, high-performance teams

Drawing on principles from performance sport and organisational psychology, I help leaders make the right moves to create environments where teams can thrive.

  • I help organisations understand how their people are really doing — and what will make the biggest difference to performance, culture, and wellbeing.

My process combines employee data, industry insights, and practical action planning to build wellbeing strategies that actually work.

    My approach includes:

    • Assessing the current state – gathering data on areas such as mental health, physical activity, sleep, nutrition, sense of belonging, psychological safety, and manager support.

    • Benchmarking and insights – analysing results and, where possible, comparing them with industry data to identify key opportunities.

    • Awareness and engagement – helping teams understand the business context for wellbeing and how it supports both health and performance.

    • Strategy and action planning – designing targeted initiatives such as policies, training, wellbeing champions, and leadership support.

    • Implementation support – working with organisations to roll out initiatives effectively.

    • Re-measurement and refinement – tracking progress and continuously improving the strategy over time.

The goal is simple: create environments where people feel supported, perform well, and enjoy the work they do.
