Project Spotlights

JT Global's management team engaged in workshops led by Ridgeflow Performance consultants.
  • We partnered with JT Global, a Tier 1 telecommunications company, to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis aimed at uncovering employee requirements in resilience, company culture, workflow optimisation, leadership, team dynamics, and overall wellbeing. This analysis informed a year-long action plan centred on up-skilling managers across both office and engineering teams. A major focus was on equipping managers to better understand and address team needs, foster high-performance cultures, audit workloads, streamline workflows, and support prioritisation. Ultimately, the goal was to empower managers to create thriving environments within their teams and, by extension, across the company. We also ran specific workshops company-wide on topics such as Managing Stress & Anxiety and How to Boost Resilience.

NHS Integrated Care System staff participated in a Ridgeflow Performance workshops on managing change.
  • We ran 50 workshops for the NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System, supporting leaders, clinical staff, and non-medical teams in managing change, especially through COVID. The sessions focused on building supportive, high-performance cultures that emphasise inclusivity, respect, and access to support, while equipping leaders to care for their teams and handle challenges like conflict effectively.

DP World employees utilised the bespoke Staff Wellbeing Self-Assessment Tool developed by Ridgeflow Performance.
  • Working with DP World across 40+ countries and 60+ business units, we created a bespoke Staff Wellbeing Self-Assessment Tool for each unit, to develop data-driven wellbeing strategies. It measured metrics like absence rates, staff engagement, and wellbeing interventions, focusing on physical, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing.

    We also designed a Toolkit for staff, leaders, and managers, offering practical guidance to implement the strategies and support teams. These initiatives enabled DP World to prioritise employee wellbeing while driving high performance and fostering valued, supported teams.

ASICS EMEA teams engaged in resilience and wellbeing training sessions facilitated by Ridgeflow Performance.
  • For ASICS EMEA, we conducted a comprehensive needs analysis to assess wellbeing, resilience, culture, team dynamics, and managerial support across their warehouse, retail, and wholesale teams in 18 countries. Our approach included an engaging awareness campaign to maximise staff participation in and enthusiasm for the process, ensuring high engagement and relevance. Based on the findings, we developed tailored action plans to address specific needs within each team and followed through with targeted training sessions to support the implementation, fostering a stronger, more resilient, and well-supported workforce across ASICS EMEA.

UKRI Innovate UK's Young Innovators collaborated on frameworks for thriving team cultures with Ridgeflow Performance.
  • We worked with UKRI Innovate UK’s Young Innovators - a network of over 90 young entrepreneurs running small through to growing startups, who are all trying to change the world through businesses with big environmental, societal and economic ambitions.
